Create Account Collection

POST /v1/account/collection

Creates a new account collection for the authenticated tenant, allowing accounts to be grouped and managed under a shared name and purpose. The collection can later be used for filtering, reporting, or applying rules across multiple accounts. The collection name must be unique within the tenant to ensure clear identification and prevent conflicts with existing collections.
