Update Category

PUT /v2/product/category/:id

Updates an existing category identified by its unique ID. This endpoint validates submitted changes, applies them to the stored resource, and returns the full updated category object upon success. It ensures tenant-level consistency and preserves creation metadata while updating modification timestamps.
