Batch delete

DELETE /v1/order/quote/batch/delete

Deletes multiple quotes in a single operation by providing an array of quote identifiers. This batch operation allows you to efficiently remove multiple quotes at once, which is useful for cleanup tasks or when managing large numbers of quotes. All specified quotes will be permanently deleted from the system.
