Marketplace

In the Marketplace, you'll find a selection of services that we've prepared for you to use right away. These services come in predefined templates, including M365 backup, Enterprise Backup, and Website Vulnerability Scan.

Using a service template from the marketplace​

The service templates in the marketplace can be easily activated and customized to suit your needs.

Steps to use services from the marketplace​

  1. Head over to the Marketplace tab, find a service template and click New Service.
  2. This will open the service edit view, allowing you to customize the service.

    When you initiate a new service, we create a copy of the template in your product and service catalog.

  3. Make any desired changes to the service settings, like the name, description, pricing, or other details.
  4. To activate the service, simply toggle the switch located in the upper right corner.
  5. Don't forget to hit Save in the bottom right to save your changes.
  6. Click on the back button in the upper left corner.

You can now see the newly activated service in the Services tab of the E-commerce section.

note

You cannot remove products from services in the marketplace since they are typically essential components.

tip

Remember to activate the service to be visible in the Service Catalog.
