Delivery

You can manage deliveries of sold services and products in ZaveIT with Delivery Plans. You can create delivery plans by adding steps containing instructions, trigger notifications, and estimated delivery time.

A Delivery Step can be assigned to specific users in your company that automatically receive notifications when their assigned step has to be completed.

You can link your delivery plans to services and products. When a service or product with a delivery plan is sold, the delivery plan will automatically turn active and notify all users assigned to any delivery steps.
