Delivery

You can manage deliveries of sold services and products in ZaveIT with Delivery Plans. You can create delivery plans by adding steps containing instructions, triggering notifications, and estimating delivery time.

A Delivery Step can be assigned to specific users in your company, who will automatically receive notifications when their assigned step needs to be completed.

You can link your delivery plans to services and products. When a service or product with a delivery plan is sold, the delivery plan will automatically become active and notify all users assigned to any delivery steps.
