My Deliveries

As a customer, you have the convenient option to monitor all pending deliveries scheduled to be sent to your company. You can easily access this feature by navigating to the My Deliveries section, conveniently located within the Account Settings menu.

Within the My Deliveries section, you'll find a neatly organized table that allows you to efficiently sort and view deliveries based on their status, which can be categorized as either Open or Delivered. Moreover, you can search for specific deliveries and even export a list of them for your records.

In this table, you'll find essential information about each delivery. This includes a unique identification number (ID) for reference, the type of service associated with the delivery, the current status denoting how many steps have been completed, and the due date by which the delivery is expected.

Additionally, you'll have a summary of the overall delivery status, providing you with a holistic view of the progress and completion of the entire delivery process.

This user-friendly interface in the My Deliveries section ensures that you can stay informed about the status of your deliveries, making it a valuable tool for managing your orders and ensuring smooth and efficient operations for your company.
