Build Services
Services represent the ultimate offerings that your customers will encounter. A service comprises your imported or pre-built products, along with value-additions such as deliveries, training, and contracts. Additionally, you have the option to craft different versions of your services, known as Editions.
In e-commerce, you have the flexibility to determine the services you want to provide to your customers and how you'll deliver them. You can either build a service from scratch which we will describe in this section, or use a pre-built template we have made ready for you in the Marketplace.

Building a new service
The service is like a building block that combines various subscription and non-subscription products, transforming them into an offering for the customer.
To offer services to your customers, you will first need to build a product. The e-commerce section facilitates this process. Initially, this page will appear empty. However, as you add more items, your entire product catalog will be displayed here.
Steps to build a new service
- Go to the Services tab in the E-Commerce section.
- Click the New Service button.
- Provide a Name, Lead paragraph, and upload a service image/icon.
- Within the Content tab, select Add product and choose the products you want to include in the service.
- Repeat step 4 until you have added all the desired products to the service.
- Under Media, upload images and videos for marketing the product.
- In the Description section, provide a comprehensive description of your service.
- Finally, click the Save changes button at the bottom of the form.
You will now see your newly created service listed among your services.
To activate the service, toggle the slider bar located in the right corner, and always remember to save any modifications.
Finalizing the service
After you've clicked Save, you'll notice a couple of other tabs appearing: Features and Payment Settings:
The availability of the Features tab depends on the product type you've selected.
When you navigate to the Payment Settings tab, the platform will display the predefined payment configurations from your account settings. You can make adjustments to the agreement duration and billing cycle. Additionally, you have the flexibility to establish a distinct default payment structure for your service.
Once a service is completed, it will be listed under the Services tab. Here, you can quickly perform actions such as activation, editing, or deletion by clicking the three-dot button.
All your activated services are conveniently located in your shop.
- Active services are provided to your customers.
- Deactivated products will not be included in the service.
- When you associate a contract with a service, the user must consent to the contract during the purchasing process, resulting in the creation of an agreement.
