Media
To create a good impression of your service, it's essential to include appealing images. We suggest incorporating a minimum of four images to create an engaging image carousel. This not only enhances the overall appearance but also adds vibrancy to your service details, making them more enticing to potential buyers.
Steps to Upload Media​
- Click Upload images in the media section to add your images.
- Once the file browser opens, simply select the images you want, and then click Open.
Monitor your media as it gets added to the service's media library.
Removing Media​
To remove images, you can simply click the Remove button located on the image you wish to delete. Alternatively, if you want to get rid of all the images at once, you can do so by clicking the Remove all button within the image frame.
Image guidelines​
Service images are reused in several places: the main image on the service detail page in the service shop, the service list and search results, the featured-services slider, and the Featured service sections on the customer portal home page. Following the recommendations below keeps your service looking sharp everywhere it appears.
General rules​
- Allowed formats: PNG and JPG/JPEG.
- Maximum file size: 5 MB per image.
- Use PNG with a transparent background for the main service image, so it sits cleanly on top of any card color in the service shop and on featured sections.
- Use JPG for gallery photos.
- Recommended sizes are 2× the rendered size so images stay sharp on high-resolution (Retina / HiDPI) displays.
Service image (main)​
This is the primary image set on the service. It's reused on the service list, the featured-services slider, at the top of the service detail page, and on featured service cards in the customer portal.

A square 1 : 1 image works everywhere the service appears — the service detail page, the service list, the featured-services slider, and both the column and wide / row layouts of Featured service sections in the customer portal. Keep the subject centered so the card looks balanced in every placement.
Gallery / media images​
These are the additional images shown in the gallery and carousel on the service detail page. They can be opened in a fullscreen viewer, so upload the highest-quality version that fits inside the file-size limit.
