Subscriptions

The ZaveIT platform is all about building, selling and managing services and the result of a confirmed order with a subscription product is the Subscription.

In the subscription tab of the account card, you will find an overview of all active subscriptions for the given account.

The overview gives you information about what subscription, the status, the expiration date, and the estimated monthly price based on the current product configured for the subscription.

Viewing subscription details

In addition to providing a subscription overview, we offer the option to access the subscription details.

To access these extended subscription details, simply click on the expand arrow located in the bottom right corner of the subscription card.

Modifying a subscription

You can as a sales representative edit the subscription to increase the quantity of each product in the subscription and change the subscription expiration date.

Steps to modify a subscription​

  1. Navigate to the Subscription tab and locate the specific subscription you intend to make changes to.

  2. Initiate the modification process by selecting the Edit button, which will open up the modification modal for your subscription.

    1. To adjust the expiration date, simply interact with the expiration date field to unveil the date picker.
    2. For modifying the product quantity, utilize the plus and minus symbols or directly input the desired quantity within the provided field.

  3. Confirm your modifications by selecting the Save changes option, thereby finalizing the update to your subscription details.

You will see your changes reflected effectively.

Cancelling subscription​

The account manager can initiate the cancellation of the entire subscription from the subscription tab located on the account card.

Upon initiation of the cancellation, the subscription enters an intermediate state known as In Cancellation. This intermediate state serves as a step in the cancellation process. Once the entire cancellation process concludes, the subscription status will be updated to Cancelled.
