Featured content
Use Featured mode to personalize product and service sections per customer. When a section is set to Featured, the customer’s own featured items are shown first. If none are defined, the section falls back to the defaults configured in the builder.
Modes
| Mode | Description |

| Standard | Displays default items configured in the Page Builder. |
| Featured | Prioritizes a customer’s personal featured items; defaults are shown if none. |
Use Featured mode to tailor content by segment, industry, or lifecycle.
Manage featured items per customer
- Go to Customers in the Provider Portal.
- Select a customer.
- Open the Featured tab.
- Click Add product or Add service.
Changes apply immediately to sections that use Featured mode.
