Custom Pages
Custom Pages let providers design a tailored Home page for users in the Customer Portal. Pages are created and managed in the Provider Portal and can be targeted to specific user roles.
Custom Pages help you make the first screen meaningful for each audience. Use role-targeted layouts to highlight key services, guide onboarding, and promote time-sensitive actions directly on the Home page.
How it works: assemble sections (Banner, Products, Services), assign the page to a user role, and optionally enable Featured mode to personalize content per customer.
