Page settings and visibility

Use page settings to control who sees a custom page and when it is active. Visibility determines which user role gets this page as their Home in the Customer Portal, and only one active page can target a role at a time to keep the experience consistent. Work safely in Draft, preview changes, and activate when ready so updates never disrupt users.

Settings​

  • Status: Draft or Active.
  • Visible to (role): Choose one user role. Only one custom page can be active per role.

Example: If you select Administrator, only Administrator users will see this page as their Home in the Customer Portal.

Managing pages​

  1. Open Settings → Customization → Custom Pages.
  2. Use the table to Edit, Set active/inactive, or Delete.
