Which Ingram Micro integration?

ZaveIT offers two Ingram Micro integrations. Cloud Marketplace is for managing cloud subscriptions and services. If you need hardware, software, and distribution catalog access with real-time pricing, see Ingram Micro Reseller instead.

About​

Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace (CMP) is Ingram Micro's platform for managing cloud subscriptions and services. The ZaveIT integration connects to your CMP account, letting you import customers and cloud products into ZaveIT and manage them alongside your other services.

Capabilities​

The Cloud Marketplace integration provides the following capabilities:

  • Import Customers - Pull your CMP customer accounts into ZaveIT to centralize customer management.
  • Import Products - Import the cloud product catalog from CMP, including subscription details and pricing.
  • Credential Validation - Test your API credentials during setup to verify the connection before saving.

Getting Started​

Step 1: Gather Your API Credentials​

You need the following from your Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace account:

  • Your CMP platform username and password.
  • Your API gateway Subscription Key (used in the X-Subscription-Key header).
  • Your Marketplace Code for the correct regional endpoint (for example, us, eu, or au).

Contact your Ingram Micro account representative if you don't have API access set up.

Step 2: Configure in ZaveIT​

  1. In the ZaveIT Platform, navigate to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find Ingram Micro CMP and click Configure.
  3. Enter your Username, Password, Subscription Key, and Marketplace Code.
  4. Click Save.

The integration validates your credentials on save. If the connection is successful, the integration status changes to active.

Considerations​

  • Regional endpoints - The Marketplace Code determines which regional API endpoint the integration connects to. Make sure it matches your Ingram Micro account region.
  • Product catalog scope - The integration imports products from the marketplace associated with your account. If you operate in multiple regions, each region requires a separate integration instance.
  • Norway (NO) country handling - Ingram Micro does not support Norway as a marketplace code. If you configure your marketplace code as no, the integration automatically routes API requests through the Swedish (se) marketplace and converts all SEK prices to NOK using the latest exchange rate from Norges Bank. Your products will appear with country NO and currency NOK - no manual conversion is needed.
