Integrations
The ZaveIT Platform connects directly to the distributors and cloud marketplaces you already work with. Instead of switching between portals, you manage customers, products, and orders from a single interface - with real-time data flowing between ZaveIT and your distributor accounts.
How Integrations Work​
Each integration runs as a secure bridge between the ZaveIT Platform and a distributor's API. Your credentials are encrypted and stored safely - ZaveIT never exposes them to the browser or to third parties.
All integration credentials are encrypted with RSA-4096 before storage. Your API keys and tokens are never stored in plain text.
What You Can Do​
Depending on the integration, you can:
- Import products - Pull product catalogs with pricing, billing terms, and availability directly into ZaveIT.
- Sync customers - Keep customer accounts in sync between ZaveIT and your distributor.
- Place orders - Create and submit orders to the distributor without leaving the platform.
- Validate credentials - Test your API credentials before saving to catch configuration issues early.

The StreamOne Ion integration gives you full access to TD Synnex's cloud marketplace. Import products, sync customers bi-directionally, and place orders - all from within ZaveIT. Automatic token refresh keeps the connection running without manual intervention.

Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace​
Connect to Ingram Micro's Cloud Marketplace to import customers and cloud products into ZaveIT. Manage your cloud subscriptions alongside the rest of your portfolio.

Ingram Micro Reseller​
Access Ingram Micro's full reseller catalog - including hardware, software, and subscription products - with real-time pricing and availability.
Capabilities: Product import (hardware and subscriptions), pricing and availability, credential validation
ALSO Cloud Marketplace​
Connect to ALSO's cloud services platform to manage subscriptions, customers, and orders. Sync customers bi-directionally and place subscription orders directly from ZaveIT.

Crayon Cloud-iQ​
Connect to Crayon's Cloud-iQ platform for CSP management. Import Microsoft NCE products, sync customer tenants, and place New Commerce Experience orders.
