Getting Started

The ZaveIT WebShop (or Product Shop) is an integrated component of the ZaveIT Platform, designed to provide an online shopping experience for your customers. With just a few simple steps, you can activate and manage your webshop to start selling products immediately.

How to Enable Your WebShop

Setting up your webshop is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to ensure it is fully operational:

1. Enable the WebShop in Site Settings

To activate the webshop, navigate to Settings -> Site Settings and toggle the Enable product webshop for this site option to Enabled. This setting ensures that your webshop is live and accessible to your customers.

2. Ensure Products Are WebShop-Enabled

Not all products are automatically available in the webshop. You must enable specific products for online sales.
This can typically be done in the Products section of the platform, where you open the product and enable the Shop enabled toggle.

3. Review Your Brand-New WebShop

Once the webshop is enabled and products are available, you can preview it directly from the platform.

  • From the menu, select Product Shop to access your webshop.
  • Alternatively, you can open your webshop directly using the following URL format:
    https://yourname.zaveit.io/shop/products
  • Replace yourname with your actual ZaveIT subdomain to access your webshop.

This allows you to verify that everything is correctly set up, including product listings, branding, and pricing.

Next Steps

Once your webshop is active and products are available, you can further enhance the shopping experience by:

1. Customizing the Platform Branding

To align the webshop with your company's visual identity, go to Settings -> Site Settings.
Here, you can adjust the following elements to match your brand:

  • Header Background – Set the color of the webshop's top navigation bar.
  • Primary Color – Define the main accent color used throughout the webshop.
  • Header Icons – Customize the color of icons in the navigation bar.
  • Logo – Upload your company's logo to ensure brand consistency.

These customizations help create a professional and branded shopping experience for your customers.

2. Importing Products to the Platform

Instead of manually adding products one by one, you can import them in bulk using a CSV file or through supported third-party integrations that provide product catalogs.
The platform allows seamless product imports, making it easy to maintain an up-to-date inventory.

  • Use the CSV Import feature to upload multiple products at once.
  • Connect to external product catalogs via integrations to import products.
