Order Details

The Order Details provides complete information about a specific order. Please note that certain modifications are no longer possible once an order has been Accepted, Confirmed, or Cancelled.

The Order Details page is divided into several blocks to offer a structured view of the order:

• Actions: Based on order state, there are different actions you can make with an order.
• Account details: This tab offers insights into the customer's account, primary user, and account manager.
• Subscription: In case the order involves a subscription, this tab provides relevant subscription details.
• Events: Chronological log of events related to that order.
• General Information: This section contains basic information about the order.
• Order Items: Here, you'll find detailed information about the products included in the order.
• Price Details: This section provides an overview of the order's financial details.
