My Deliveries

The My Deliveries section provides an overview of all deliveries associated with your account. This feature is accessible under Settings > My Deliveries in the platform.

How Deliveries Work​

  1. Order Creation – A delivery is generated when an order requiring fulfillment is placed.
  2. Tracking Progress – The delivery moves through predefined steps.
  3. Updating Status – Users can monitor status updates and due dates for each delivery.
  4. Completion – Once all steps are fulfilled, the delivery is marked as completed under Delivered tab.

Viewing Open and Delivered Orders​

The My Deliveries section is divided into two tabs:

  • Open: Displays ongoing deliveries that are still in progress.
  • Delivered: Shows a history of successfully completed deliveries.

Searching for Deliveries​

The search bar allows users to quickly find specific deliveries by entering an Order ID, service name, or related keywords.

Delivery Information​

Each delivery includes the following details:

  • Order ID – A unique identifier for the delivery.
  • Service – The type of service being delivered (e.g., shipping, digital access, workflow step).
  • Steps – The progress or status of the delivery.
  • Due Date – The expected completion date for the delivery.
  • Completed – Marks whether the delivery has been finalized.

Exporting Deliveries​

Users can download a list of deliveries by clicking the Export button. This helps with record-keeping, auditing, and external tracking.
