Payment settings

With our system, you're in control when it comes to your payment settings. Whether you want to change agreement lengths, adjust upfront payments, or tweak due times, it's all at your fingertips through your payment preferences. So, go ahead and tailor your payment setup to suit your needs.

Available configuration options

Supported Payment Methods

Supported Payment Methods Indicate your preferred payment method. The default payment method is by invoice. You can add other payment methods by clicking Add Payment Method. Remember to save changes after adding additional payment methods.

Agreement Period

Choose from the suggested 1- and 3-year agreement periods or create custom terms to offer discounts. Select between upfront or in-arrears payments and set preferred invoice intervals in months.

Due Date

Specify the default due date for invoice payments. In the Net Payment Due field, define how many days after the invoice date the payment is expected.

Order Confirmation Notifications

The platform sends email notifications when customers place new orders or update existing ones. Admin users automatically receive an order confirmation notification in the platform's notification settings. You can deactivate this notification under the notification menu. Additionally, you can configure email notifications to one or multiple email addresses. Remember to activate notifications by toggling the on/off switch.

Select Payment Interval/Frequency.

The platform suggests payment intervals/frequencies. Alternatively, you can define your payment intervals and provide discounts.

Click Add Agreement Period to include additional payment options. Remember to save changes after adding new payment methods.

tip

You can always access these settings by navigating to Settings and then choosing Account Settings from the left-side main menu.

Notifications

The platform automatically sends out email alerts when customers create or update orders. As an admin user, you'll receive an order confirmation alert within the platform. If this is not required, you can turn off this notification via the Notifications menu.

You can specify which email addresses (single or multiple) should receive these notifications. Ensure that you've activated these notifications using the provided switch. These notification configurations may also be altered under the automation tab.
